Sales Development Representative

is a pivotal role that drives revenue growth. The successful candidate will be the front line of our sales engine, identifying and engaging potential customers.Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically research target accounts to identify new business opportunities
  • Proactively engage with outbound cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to build early-stage relationships
  • Qualify inbound interest and efficiently route it through the sales funnel
  • Build rapport with decision-makers and understand their pain points to deliver tailored solutions
  • Book meetings and create pipeline for Account Executives
  • Track engagement, activity, and outcomes in CRM and sales tools to optimize performance
  • Closely collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Partnership teams to drive business results
Requirements:
  • Mindset & Attributes: Grit, Drive, Smarts, Coachability, Resilience
  • Skills & Experience: 2+ years professional experience, bonus points for B2B SaaS or sales, strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, comfortable using CRM tools and outreach platforms
