About the role

We are looking to hire Front Line Support (FLS) Engineers to join our team supporting our Pharmaceutical Client based in Dublin.

Responsibilities
  • Automation project support including coding, design, commissioning and testing.
  • Support of on-site control systems including IIT, SATTLINE and Siemens PLCs.
  • Initiating, implementing and qualifying proactive site changes and small projects for the site.
  • Join the daily support rota for the department.
  • Provide control system training for new hires.
  • Out of hours on-call automation support.
  • Coordinate tasks to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monthly reporting of tasks completed and support provided.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of automation experience, with preference for DeltaV.
  • Working experience in a pharmaceutical environment for at least 2 years is required.
  • Extensive knowledge of DeltaV configuration (physical and procedural layers).
  • Experience with PLC/SCADA systems is an advantage.
  • Experience troubleshooting MES interfaces is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of S88.
  • Commissioning experience is desirable.
  • Proficiency in English for work purposes.
  • Knowledge of GMP.
  • Ability to work independently.
