We are recruiting for a key role to join our project team in Greystones, Wicklow.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with us on one of Ireland's largest construction and civil engineering projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Quality Management team in preparing and managing records, requisitions, submittals, and documentation.

  • Preparing and managing records, material requisitions, and BCAR documentation
  • Utilizing and setting up the site clocking system
  • Completing the site resource tracker each week

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively within a multi-disciplinary site team. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast-paced similar role is required, along with strong IT experience and Microsoft office skills.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively

  • Able to use time productively, maximise efficiency, and have strong time management skills
