Job Title: Spare Parts Coordinator

Main Purpose of Role:

  • To deliver exceptional customer satisfaction by working collaboratively with the parts team.
  • To maintain optimal stock levels, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage stock levels, including processing orders, deliveries and returns.
  2. Provide excellent customer service via phone and in-person interactions.
  3. Efficiently dispatch products to trade customers.
  4. Address customer queries promptly and professionally.
  5. Coordinate daily parts deliveries.
  6. Promote sales of accessories and related products.
  7. Secure orders from existing and prospective customers.
  8. Contribute to warehouse operations.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Results-driven individual with a keen interest in the automotive industry.
  • High attention to detail is essential for delivering quality results.
  • Flexibility and adaptability are crucial in this fast-paced role.
  • Strong communication skills for effective internal and external relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, Email).
  • Experience with Kerridge software is desirable but not essential.
  • A technical background would be highly beneficial.
  • Skill set includes attention to detail, communication, customer service.
