Parts Advisor

Our company is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our team.

Role Overview:

  • Process and manage inventory, including receiving and dispatching parts.
  • Manage customer orders and deliver high levels of service through both phone and in-person interactions.
  • Deliver products to trade customers on time and in full.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of stock levels and accurate processing of parts deliveries.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving queries in a timely manner.
  • Delivery of products to external customers.
  • Coordinate daily parts deliveries and ensure all shipments are completed efficiently.
  • Contribute to sales growth by promoting accessories and securing new business opportunities.
  • General Warehouse duties to support the efficient running of our operation.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Results-driven with a keen interest in delivering high-quality results.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Driver license required for safe transportation of goods.
  • Strong relationships with colleagues and departments to provide seamless service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Package and Kerridge system.
  • Technical knowledge of the motor industry would be advantageous.
