Job Title: Financial Support SpecialistWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Support Specialist to join our team in Cork.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage bank transactions by posting them on a regular basis.
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of bank accounts, general ledger journals, and balance sheets.
  • Process and input purchase invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle weekly EFT runs to pay suppliers.
  • Reconcile creditor accounts and prepare monthly Aged Creditors reports.
  • Process petty cash transactions.
  • Assist in preparing internal reports for management.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar financial or administrative role.
  • Excellent computer skills, with a strong proficiency in Sage 50 Accounts and Excel being highly desirable.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and manage tasks effectively.
  • A strong work ethic, flexible approach, and a positive attitude.
