Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support the delivery of training programs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Training Specialists to support department training requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date training records and provide regular reports to support site and functional areas.
  • Work closely with functional areas to plan for upcoming training activities and collect trainee information.
  • Organize training activities, including room bookings, catering, printing, and administrative tasks.
  • Liaise with external trainers and consultants as required.
  • Maintain site training systems, including data entry and reporting.
Requirements:
  • A third-level education or equivalent professional experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems is required (e.g., MasterControl, Success Factors).
  • Experience as a training coordinator, with an understanding of training systems, is a key requirement.
  • Experience managing training documentation and performing data entry is essential.
  • Experience working in a GMP manufacturing environment is preferred.
