Building Surveyor Role
This role involves overseeing the inspection of buildings and ensuring compliance with relevant building codes. As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting inspections, analyzing data, and making recommendations for improvements.
- Conduct on-site inspections of buildings to ensure they meet safety and regulatory standards.
- Analyze data and make recommendations for improvements to building designs, materials, and construction methods.
- Work with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to implement recommended changes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field, as well as significant experience working in a building-related environment. Proficiency in CAD software and strong analytical skills are essential for this role.
Benefits include competitive salary range £28,227 - £36,370, plus access to continuing professional development opportunities.
Having a current driving license is required for this position.
