Operations Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Food and Beverage services and hospitality, with experience leading high-performing teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead from the floor and demonstrate hands-on operational expertise to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and enhance guest satisfaction through exceptional service delivery
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-caliber team members who embody the company's values and vision
  • Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury property
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional results and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution
  • Strong coaching and development skills, with a focus on empowering team members to reach their full potential
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and influence others to achieve common goals
