Culinary Operations Manager
Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Operations Manager to lead our kitchen operations. This role involves managing the preparation and presentation of nutritious meals in line with dietary and nutritional guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare or large-scale catering environments, with a strong focus on food safety, hygiene, and HACCP protocols.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing food storage, stock rotation, and waste minimization, as well as monitoring portion control, food presentation, and allergen awareness.
You will also collaborate with dietitians and clinical teams on meal planning and maintain a clean, compliant, and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements:- QQI Level 6 in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification
- Experience in a healthcare or high-volume catering setting
- Up-to-date knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and cook-chill processes
- Legal Right to Work in Ireland and Garda Vetting clearance
- Ability to provide 5 years of work references
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Flexible for weekday and weekend shifts on a rota basis
- Salary: €20.29 per Hour
- Day shifts only – Monday to Sunday roster
- Double Pay on Sundays & Bank Holidays
- Ongoing support from office and out-of-hours teams
