Job Overview

We are seeking a Contracts Manager to prepare, negotiate, administer and manage customer contracts.

This position supports the Sales and Legal teams requiring an organised and articulate individual with a strong attention to detail.

  • Negotiate contractual paperwork to align with company standards.
  • Participate in contract negotiation calls with customers and internal teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve contract practices.
  • Assist with special projects and team initiatives.

Requirements

  • Prior experience with contract review, drafting and negotiation.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with business deal risk analysis and revenue recognition concepts.

Education/Certification/License

  • Bachelor's degree or college diploma in business or contracting.
  • Additional language skills are a strong asset.
