Leader of Residential Services

We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead our residential services team. As Person in Charge, you will be responsible for supporting adults with intellectual disabilities in a community-based setting.
You will work collaboratively with a committed team to promote independent living skills and integration into the community. This is a full-time salaried position averaging 40 hours per week, with potential on-call commitments at evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities- Support adults with intellectual disabilities in a community-based setting.
- Work collaboratively with a committed team.
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including on-call commitments.
- A minimum of a Level 7 qualification on the QQI Framework, such as BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent relevant qualification.
- Postgraduate qualification ideally in Social Care Management or Management Qualification.
- At least 3 years of senior management experience, including strategic planning.
- 5 years' experience in the health/social care sector.
