Job Title

Cpl Healthcare is actively seeking qualified professionals to fill the position of Person in Charge for residential services.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Level 7 on the QQI Framework or equivalent relevant qualification in Health or Social Care, as well as at least 3 years of senior management experience at a similar level of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Support adults with intellectual disabilities in a community-based setting, assisting with independent living skills and integration into the community.

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote the well-being and safety of service users
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Level 7 on the QQI Framework or equivalent relevant qualification in Health or Social Care
  • At least 3 years of senior management experience at a similar level of responsibility
  • Post graduate qualification ideally in Social Care Management or Management Qualification
