Lead Residential Services Manager

About This Opportunity
">This is a unique chance to lead our residential services team. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for supporting adults with intellectual disabilities in a community-based setting.
Main Responsibilities
- Help individuals develop independent living skills and integrate them into their communities.
- Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team to deliver high-quality services.
- Support the development and implementation of service models focused on personalized care.
- Drive change and improvement within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Social Care Management or relevant field.
- Postgraduate qualification in Social Care Management desirable.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in senior management or equivalent role.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements.
- Experience working in the disability sector, with a focus on risk management, health and safety, and financial reporting.
- Skills required for working with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
