We are looking for a candidate to join the Endpoint Security team as a Technical Specialist focused on Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.

 

This role would suit a mid-level technologist with experience in privileged access management, who can operate independently on PAM processes and contribute to service planning.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Daily Operations: Provide administrative support for the PAM environment, handling routine technical issues and monitoring system performance.
  • Alert Response: Respond promptly to alerts generated by PAM solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
  • Service Delivery: Deliver the PAM service according to strategic roadmaps, meeting agreed-upon standards and quality metrics.
  • Support and Maintenance: Assist with configuration, deployment, and maintenance of PAM solution components, including version upgrades, patching, and environmental upkeep.
  • Routine Change Activities: Manage and execute routine change activities, minimizing risk and downtime.
  • Disaster Recovery and Failover: Participate in regular testing and exercises to ensure preparedness for disaster scenarios.
  • Automation Opportunities: Contribute to automation initiatives within PAM operations, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual intervention.
  • Technical Support: Provide assistance to team members and act as a technical resource, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, facilitating effective communication and decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior technical resources and other departments to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • PAM Forum Participation: Engage actively in PAM forum meetings, staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
  • Risk Management and Compliance: Adhere to established risk management programs and security policies, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements.
  • Audit and Governance: Support Audit and Governance requirements for PAM, contributing to the development of robust controls and procedures.
  • Critical Incident Response: Participate in Critical Incident Response for major incidents, providing timely and effective support to resolve crises.
