We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Surveyor to join our practice, providing expert valuation and consulting services for clients across various sectors.
Responsibilities:- Prepare comprehensive valuation reports for loan security, internal, corporate, and tax purposes.
- Conduct in-depth market research, analyzing industry trends, competitors, and economic factors.
- Perform thorough real estate market analysis on public and private entities, both locally and internationally.
- Review industry benchmarks, economic and demographic data, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Support the wider team on current asset management projects, providing valuable insights and expertise.
- Bachelor of Science/Business Administration in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or Management (with a concentration in Real Estate).
- Minimum 4-6 years of real estate experience, including at least 3 years of valuation experience.
- SCSI/RICS Qualified or advanced stage of the APC process.
- Strong analytical, comprehension, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
