About the Role

The successful candidate will work alongside the HR Manager, HR Generalist, Payroll Specialist, and Health Safety professional to provide HR Administrative support to over 500 employees.

Duties include:

  • Assisting with the full 360 recruitment administration process, including posting job adverts, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Liaising with the payroll department to conduct payroll administration and notify the department of changes in employee attendance or leave.
  • Supporting the HR Manager and HR Generalist in performance review meetings, including note-taking and preparing paperwork.
  • Completing and issuing documentation regarding Employee Relations, such as investigation invitations and dismissal letters.
  • Managing the onboarding of new employees, ensuring completion of all documentation and personal details remain updated.
