We are seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join our client's HR team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of HR services to over 500 employees.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in administration or HR and possess excellent communication and organisational skills. You will work closely with the HR Manager, HR Generalist, Payroll Specialist, and Health Safety professional to ensure the smooth operation of HR functions.

The role offers a highly competitive salary and benefits package, including 26 days annual leave plus 10 bank holidays and a pension of 8%. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in HR and contribute to the success of the company.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the HR team, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Assisting with performance reviews, including note-taking and preparing paperwork.
  • Coordinating the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Developing and maintaining HR systems and processes.

Desirable skills and qualifications include experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment and a CIPD qualification or HR degree.
