Production Management Specialist

This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of our production environment, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide oversight for the batch environment, ensuring timely execution and data integrity.
  • Manage complex nightly data import processes from multiple external vendors.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple incidents simultaneously, escalating as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of processes, incident resolution steps, and system configurations.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a technology role, preferably in software development and/or application support.
  • A hunger for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Strong research, analytical, investigation, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with writing database queries using SQL (MS SQL preferred) and familiarity with Linux operating system.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
