We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to play a key role in our day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare year-end non-audit company accounts and working papers up to review stage, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Reconcile balance sheet items, including VAT, payroll, leases, hire purchases, and fixed assets, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
  • Apply solid knowledge of accounting principles to post journals onto accounting software accurately, utilizing strong analytical skills.
  • Assist in the preparation of management accounts, providing insightful analysis and recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare statutory financial statements, ensuring timely completion, adherence to regulatory requirements, and optimal financial performance.
  • Support year-end close processes, including the preparation of year-end journals, maintaining meticulous records and facilitating efficient audits.
  • Assist in the preparation of Corporation Tax returns, applying expertise in tax laws and regulations to minimize liabilities.
Requirements:
  • Part-qualified ACA/ACCA accountant with strong technical abilities and financial acumen.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of general accounting practice experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Results-driven individual with excellent communication skills, a strong focus on customer care, and highly organized planning abilities.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts.
