Job Title: Operations Director

Description:

We are seeking a strategic leader to join our organisation as Operations Director.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a portfolio of critical functions including field service management, customer contact centres and warehouse operations.
  • Manage a team of service managers, in-field engineers, call centre staff and warehouse personnel fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Enhance service delivery drive customer satisfaction and implement efficient inventory and product delivery strategies.
  • Deliver complex project installations coordinating resources managing timelines and ensuring projects meet quality standards.
