Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To receive and greet test candidates and visitors upon arrival, while maintaining a secure environment.
  • To monitor candidates during tests, performing regular walk-throughs to prevent irregularities.
  • To sign test candidates in and out of the testing room, filing reports for any unusual situations or complaints.
  • To operate computer hardware, test centre equipment, and security systems to ensure a safe and efficient testing experience.
  • To provide technical support and assistance to operations personnel, including data communications and alarm system operation.
  • To participate in quality assurance programs and company initiatives as a flexible team player.
  • To maintain the cleanliness of the test centre and ensure a safe work environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Flexibility regarding hours and willingness to cover shifts in other test centres if required.
