HR Graduate Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated HR graduate to join our team. This role will provide the opportunity to gain experience in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation of global initiatives, including Talent Management, Culture and Engagement, Talent Acquisition and Development.
  • Provide ongoing support to HR operationally in one or more production sites or agri networks.
  • Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including new hires, leaves of absence, contractual changes, secondments, and leavers.
  • Prepare and present HR reporting packs and insight analysis for HR management to summarise trends and actions required.
  • Support employee onboarding, including induction documentation and coordination of probation reporting.
Qualifications:
  • A high academic record in HR or Business with HR, Psychology, and a minimum of a 2.2 honours degree.
  • HR internship experience is an advantage.
  • Ambition to progress successfully in a career in HR.
  • The ability to think commercially and deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Demonstrates collaboration and partnership-building skills.
  • Clear communication and influence at all levels.
  • Analytically minded with the ability to develop creative insights and execute change.
