About the Role:

This highly rewarding graduate position involves two rotations: one within our centres of excellence in Talent Management, Culture and Engagement, and another supporting our HR teams in Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the implementation of our global initiatives, including Talent Development, Culture Enhancement, and Employee Experience.
  • Providing ongoing operational support to our HR department in various production sites or agri networks.
  • Supporting end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, such as onboarding, leaves of absence, contractual changes, secondments, and leavers.
  • Preparing and presenting insightful reports and analytics to management to identify trends and actions.
  • Assisting with employee onboarding, including induction documentation and probation reporting.
Requirements:
  • A strong academic record in Human Resources or Business, with a minimum of a 2.2 honors degree.
  • HR internship experience is highly advantageous.
  • Ambition to develop a career in Human Resources within a dynamic environment.
  • Commercial acumen and customer-centric solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate and build partnerships.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
  • A desire to learn and grow continually.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to develop insights and implement change.
