About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious HR Graduate to join our team. This exciting opportunity will provide you with the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.

Job Description

This role will involve providing essential support to the implementation of our global initiatives, including Talent Management, Culture and Engagement, Talent Acquisition and Development. You will work closely with our HR teams in Operations to ensure seamless delivery of employee lifecycle processes, including new hires, leaves of absence, contractual changes, secondments, and leavers.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing ongoing support to HR operationally in one or more of our production sites or agri networks.
  • Preparing and presenting HR reporting packs and insight analysis for HR management to summarise trends and actions required.
  • Supporting end-to-end employee onboarding, including induction documentation and coordination of probation reporting.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high academic record to date in HR or Business with HR, Psychology, and a minimum of a 2.2 honours degree. HR internship experience is a distinct advantage. You must be able to think commercially, deliver customer-centric solutions, drive collaboration, communicate clearly, influence at all levels, demonstrate a thirst for knowledge, and be analytically minded with the ability to develop creative insights and execute change.
