Job Title: Human Resource Graduate

We are committed to nourishing the world, while safeguarding our environment for future generations. This role offers a unique opportunity for an HR graduate to join our team in Kilkenny.

The successful candidate will consist of two rotations: one within our centres of excellence in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Engagement, and one supporting our HR teams in Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing essential support to the implementation of global initiatives including Talent Management, Culture and Engagement, Talent Acquisition and Development.
  • Providing ongoing support to HR operationally in one or more of our production sites or agri networks.
  • Supporting end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including (but not limited to); new hires, leaves of absence, contractual changes, secondments and leavers.
  • Preparing and presentation of HR reporting packs and insight analysis for HR management to summarise trends and actions required.
  • Supporting employee onboarding, including induction documentation and coordination of probation reporting.

Qualifications:

  • High academic record to date in HR or Business with HR, Psychology, and expected minimum of a 2.2 honours degree.
  • HR internship experience is a distinct advantage.
