Job Description

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our Human Resource Graduate programme. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or those looking to start their career in HR to gain valuable experience and skills in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.

About the Role:

  • This is a 2-year structured graduate development programme that offers site or team rotations, year-on-year salary increment, free parking, bike to work scheme, work-life balance and collaborative work culture.
  • As a member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing essential support to the implementation of our global initiatives including Talent Management, Culture and Engagement, Talent Acquisition and Development.
  • You will also provide ongoing support to HR operationally in one or more of our production sites or agri networks, supporting end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including new hires, leaves of absence, contractual changes and leavers.
  • Your responsibilities will also include preparing and presenting HR reporting packs and insight analysis for HR management to summarise trends and actions required.
  • Finally, you will be involved in supporting employee onboarding, including induction documentation and coordination of probation reporting.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high academic record to date in HR or Business with HR, Psychology, and a minimum of a 2.2 honours degree.

Ambition to progress successfully in a career in HR in an exciting, ever-changing and challenging environment is essential. You should think commercially and deliver customer-centric solutions, drive collaboration and build partnerships to meet shared objectives, communicate clearly and influence at all levels.

You will also demonstrate a thirst for knowledge with a desire to continually learn and grow, and be analytically minded with the ability to develop creative insights and execute change.
