Job Title: Talent Development Coordinator


We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Talent Development Coordinator. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in talent management, culture and engagement, talent acquisition, and employee development.


Responsibilities:
  • Providing support to the implementation of our global initiatives including talent management, culture and engagement, talent acquisition, and employee development.
  • Assisting HR operationally in one or more of our production sites or agri networks.
  • Supporting end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including new hires, leaves of absence, contractual changes, secondments, and leavers.
  • Preparing and presenting HR reporting packs and insight analysis for HR management to summarize trends and actions required.
  • Supporting employee onboarding, including induction documentation and coordination of probation reporting.

Requirements:
  • High academic record in HR or Business with HR, Psychology, and expected minimum of a 2.2 honors degree.
  • HR internship experience is a distinct advantage.
  • Ambition to progress successfully in a career in HR in an exciting, ever-changing and challenging environment.
