Key Responsibilities:- We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist
Maintaining employee relations while ensuring compliance with labour laws and internal policies is essential.
- The successful candidate will support the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Collaboration with HR partners is key to implementing global and local HR initiatives.
- Accurate records maintenance and adherence to employment laws and company standards are paramount.
- A minimum 3 years' experience in generalist or operational HR roles at a similar level is required.
- Strong knowledge of local labour laws and employee relations, including union negotiations, is a must.
- Able to coach managers effectively on HR policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and conflict resolution skills are necessary.
- This role requires a trusted partner with strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment.
