HR Graduate Opportunity

We are seeking an HR graduate to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role- Provide essential support to the implementation of global initiatives, including talent management, culture and engagement, talent acquisition and development.
- Offer ongoing support to HR operationally in production sites or agri networks.
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including new hires, leaves of absence, contractual changes and leavers.
- Prepare and present HR reporting packs and insight analysis for HR management to summarise trends and actions required.
- Support employee onboarding, including induction documentation and coordination of probation reporting.
- A high academic record in HR or Business with a minimum of a 2.2 honours degree.
- HR internship experience is advantageous.
- Ambition to progress successfully in a career in HR in a challenging environment.
- Thinks commercially and delivers customer-centric solutions.
- Drives collaboration and builds partnerships to meet shared objectives.
- Communicates clearly and can influence at all levels.
- Demonstrates a thirst for knowledge with a desire to continually learn and grow.
- Analytically minded with the ability to develop creative insights and execute change.
