Human Resource Graduate Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Human Resource graduate to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in HR, working closely with experienced professionals.

About the Role

This role will involve providing support to the implementation of global initiatives, including Talent Management, Culture and Engagement, Talent Acquisition and Development. You will also be responsible for providing ongoing support to HR operationally in one or more of our production sites or agri networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing essential support to the implementation of global initiatives.
  • Providing ongoing support to HR operationally.
  • Supporting end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
  • Preparing and presenting HR reporting packs and insight analysis.
  • Supporting employee onboarding.
Qualifications and Skills
  • High academic record in HR or Business with HR, Psychology, and expected minimum of a 2.2 honours degree.
  • HR internship experience is a distinct advantage.
  • Ambition to progress successfully in a career in HR.
  • Thinks commercially and delivers customer centric solutions.
  • Drives collaboration and builds partnerships.
  • Communicates clearly and can influence at all levels.
  • Demonstrates a thirst for knowledge with a desire to continually learn and grow.
