Job Opportunity

We are a world-class food and nutrition co-operative with a diverse portfolio of quality ingredients, leading consumer and agri brands.

This role offers rotations in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Engagement, as well as supporting our HR teams in Operations.

  • Providing support for the implementation of our global initiatives including Talent Management, Culture and Engagement, Talent Acquisition and Development.
  • Offering ongoing support to HR operationally in our production sites or agri networks.
  • Supporting employee lifecycle processes including new hires, leaves of absence, contractual changes, secondments and leavers.
  • Preparing and presentation of HR reporting packs and insight analysis for management to summarise trends and required actions.
  • Supporting employee onboarding, including induction documentation and coordination of probation reporting.

Required qualifications include a high academic record in HR or Business with HR, Psychology, and an expected minimum of a 2.2 honours degree.

HR internship experience is beneficial.
