Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Human Resources graduate to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and development, with the chance to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the implementation of global HR initiatives, including talent management, culture and engagement, talent acquisition and development.
  • Support HR operations in one or more production sites or agri networks, ensuring seamless delivery of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive HR reporting packs and insight analysis, summarizing trends and actions required for HR management.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, including induction documentation and probation reporting.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a 2.2 honors degree in HR or Business with HR, Psychology.
  • Desirable: HR internship experience, ambition to progress successfully in a career in HR, commercially aware, customer-centric solutions, drives collaboration, communicates clearly, analytical mindset, continuous learning and growth.
