Job Summary

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the overall management of the HR function within an organization.

Key responsibilities include recruitment and selection, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, managing employee personnel files, and maintaining confidentiality.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for delivering staff induction, training employees on company policies and procedures, and coordinating employee appraisals and performance reviews.

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Selection: Ensure that all hiring processes are fair and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Employee Relations: Foster positive working relationships between employees and management, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment legislation.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of employee personnel files and sensitive information.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role is essential.
