HR Graduate Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR graduate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow within the field of Human Resources.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing essential support to the implementation of global initiatives, including Talent Management, Culture and Engagement, Talent Acquisition and Development. This will involve supporting end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, preparing and presenting HR reporting packs and insight analysis, and supporting employee onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support to the HR team in the execution of various projects and initiatives.
  • Preparing and presenting reports to summarize trends and actions required.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • High academic record in HR or Business with HR, Psychology, and expected minimum of a 2.2 honours degree.
  • HR internship experience is a distinct advantage.
  • Ambition to progress successfully in a career in HR in an exciting, ever-changing, and challenging environment.
