Job Title

A new graduate opportunity has arisen in our HR department. As a Human Resource Graduate, you will be responsible for providing support to the implementation of global initiatives and ongoing operational tasks.


Responsibilities
  • Support the Talent Management, Culture and Engagement teams with implementing company-wide strategies and goals.
  • Assist with HR operations at one or more of our production sites or agri networks.
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, leaves of absence, and contractual changes.
  • Prepare and present HR reporting packs and insight analysis to summarize trends and actions required.

Requirements
  • High academic achievement in HR or Business with HR, Psychology, and expected minimum of a 2.2 honors degree.
  • HR internship experience is advantageous.
  • Ambition to progress successfully in a career in HR in an exciting and challenging environment.
  • Commercial thinking and customer-centric solutions delivery.
  • Collaboration and partnership building to meet shared objectives.
  • Clear communication and influencing skills at all levels.
  • Thirst for knowledge and desire to continually learn and grow.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to develop creative insights and execute change.
