Opportunity for a Human Resources Placement Student

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our HR team in our Kilkenny office. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience working alongside experienced professionals. You will receive excellent training and support, with a dedicated mentor assigned to help you succeed and learn during your time with us.


About the Role

This internship is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of human resources practices and procedures. You will be involved in meaningful projects that will give you the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our organization.


Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to project-based initiatives that drive business results.
  • Have regular access to senior leadership providing opportunities for growth and learning.
  • Support the team with tasks related to recruitment and employee onboarding.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business.
  • A proactive team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A willingness to learn and grow professionally.
  • Highly organized with excellent time-management skills.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office.
