Job Opportunity: Human Resource Professional

A premier organization is seeking a talented Human Resource professional to drive business growth and success.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic support to the implementation of global initiatives including Talent Management, Culture and Engagement, Talent Acquisition and Development.
  • Support HR operations in one or more sites or networks.
  • Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including new hires, leaves of absence, contractual changes, secondments and leavers.
  • Prepare and present HR reporting packs and insight analysis for HR management to summarise trends and actions required.
  • Support employee onboarding, including induction documentation and coordination of probation reporting.
Qualifications:
  • High academic record in HR or Business with HR, Psychology, expected minimum of a 2.2 honours degree.
  • HR internship experience is a distinct advantage.
  • Ambition to progress successfully in a career in HR in an exciting, ever-changing environment.
  • Thinks commercially and delivers customer-centric solutions.
  • Drives collaboration and builds partnerships to meet shared objectives.
  • Communicates clearly and can influence at all levels.
