
Human Resource Development Specialist

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our Human Resources team as a Graduate Development Specialist. This exciting opportunity will provide you with the chance to develop your skills and expertise in HR, working closely with our experienced professionals.
Your key responsibilities will include providing support to the implementation of our global initiatives, including Talent Management, Culture and Engagement, Talent Acquisition and Development. You will also be responsible for providing ongoing support to our HR teams operationally in one or more of our production sites or agri networks.
Some of the key tasks you will be involved in include:
- Providing essential support to the implementation of our global initiatives
- Supporting end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including new hires, leaves of absence, contractual changes, secondments and leavers
- Preparing and presenting HR reporting packs and insight analysis for HR management to summarise trends and actions required
- Supporting employee onboarding, including induction documentation and coordination of probation reporting
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high academic record to date in HR or Business with HR, Psychology, and expected minimum of a 2.2 honours degree. HR internship experience is a distinct advantage. You will also need to demonstrate ambition to progress successfully in a career in HR, think commercially and deliver customer-centric solutions.
Additionally, you should be able to drive collaboration and build partnerships to meet shared objectives, communicate clearly and influence at all levels, and demonstrate a thirst for knowledge with a desire to continually learn and grow.
