Senior Architect

This role involves leading and managing the delivery of projects to ensure effective project execution.

  • Lead project teams to achieve timely project completion.
  • Contribute to project targets, timelines, and bid proposals.
  • Attend industry events for company promotion and relationship development.
  • Mentor junior staff to develop their skills.
  • Manage project personnel and workload, assist in developing CPDs/lessons learnt, and annual performance reviews.

Key qualifications include:

  • 8+ years experience working on a range of project stages.
  • Bachelor degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Member of RIAI, CIAT, or equivalent registration for architects, interior designers, or architectural technologists.
  • Essential experience in delivery of healthcare projects.
