About the Role

We're seeking an organized and detail-focused individual to join our client's HR team as an HR Governance Administrator.

Responsibilities:
  1. Policies and Compliance: Maintain and update policies to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and best practices. Ensure compliance with internal and external policies, rules, and regulations.
  2. Documentation Management: Focus on maintaining and updating documentation related to the Individual Accountability Framework (IAF). Ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with regulatory standards.
  3. Employee Adherence: Monitor employee adherence to the IAF and support fitness and probity requirements across the organization.
  4. Data Management: Process and maintain accurate HR data and records, ensuring secure storage and compliance with GDPR requirements.
  5. Auditing and Review: Assist in auditing and reviewing HR processes to ensure compliance standards and regulatory guidelines are met.
  6. Project Support: Support HR projects related to governance, including implementing policy changes and compliance initiatives.
  7. Training and Development: Assist with the development and delivery of training sessions to ensure staff are informed of HR policies and compliance obligations.
