As a Senior Digital Product Leader, you will have overall accountability for everything Digital. You will work closely with commercial, experience, and technology teams to deliver and continuously improve experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, own, and deliver the 3-5 year product strategy and roadmap.
- Act as a thought leader with strong market awareness and make informed investment decisions.
- Manage digital-related OPEX and CAPEX, ensuring effective monitoring and management to optimize spending.
- Create a digital marketing and sales plan to optimize SEO and utilize analytics.
You will build strong relationships across the business and identify best-in-class experiences across global eCommerce providers. Regular audits of our platform will help you identify areas of defect or DX improvement and prioritize and execute improvements efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with e-Commerce technologies, including platforms, analytics, infrastructure, and personalization technologies (ideally Adobe). They will be proficient in utilizing online analytics to deliver improvements in customer experience and conversion rates.
