Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our research team as a Senior Scientist. This role involves conducting experiments with high precision, reproducibility, quality control and validation.

Responsibilities
  • Attending scheduled training and developing expertise in relevant instrumentation and techniques.
  • Developing and validating methods and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Performing experiments with precision and accuracy in a timely manner.
  • Generating and completing records with precision and accuracy.
  • Reporting progress and experimental issues to facilitate continued process and operational improvement.
Requirements
  • A PhD in immunology, cell biology or molecular biology is essential.
  • Hands-on experience in developing and characterizing CAR-T therapies or gene therapies is required.
  • Experience with NK cell-based therapies including isolation, activation, expansion and functional assays is necessary.
  • Excellent cell culture skills including stem cell and immune cell culture experience is essential.
  • Experience processing blood cells and separating subpopulations is required.
  • Demonstrated expertise in genetic manipulation of primary human T cells using gene editing tools is necessary.
