Research Innovation Lead

The ideal candidate will lead cutting-edge architecture development for novel models of various scales, focusing on data-driven innovation and scalable systems.

Key expertise in video generation model architectures with hands-on research experience is required.

Responsibilities include pioneering multimodal research, implementing AI architectures for language models, optimizing training pipelines, and developing tools for multimodal data management.

  • Pioneer research in multimodal and video-centric applications to advance state-of-the-art solutions.
  • Develop novel AI architectures for multimodal language models, integrating text, visual, and audio modalities.
  • Implement large-scale multimodal datasets and distributed GPU systems for optimized performance.
  • Design efficient data processing and pipeline throughput optimizations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with research and engineering teams to translate innovations into production-grade solutions.
  • Prototype generative AI applications showcasing new capabilities of multimodal foundation models.
  • Evaluate model performance using benchmarking tools.
