Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, or Employee Relations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across levels.
  • A strategic thinker who can turn insights into actionable solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Experience coaching managers and resolving ER cases.
  • A degree in HR or a related field (CIPD membership is a plus).
  • Passion for creating a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
