**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team at September Consulting Ltd as an HR Service Delivery Manager. In this role, you will provide strategic support to business leaders and drive key initiatives that empower teams and fuel growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with global HR teams and Centres of Excellence to deliver key initiatives.
- Lead HR projects from conception to completion, ensuring measurable results.
- Manage Employee Relations cases, providing expert guidance and coaching to People Managers.
- Work closely with talent acquisition teams to support hiring decisions and onboarding experiences.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform HR strategy and decision-making.
- Drive leadership development, performance management, and change management efforts.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, or Employee Relations.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across levels.
- A strategic thinker who can turn insights into actionable solutions.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Experience coaching managers and resolving ER cases.
- A degree in HR or a related field (CIPD membership is a plus).
- Passion for creating a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
