Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Accommodation Assistant to join our team at the Galway Bay Hotel. As a key member of the hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement hotel standards for cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain public areas, including guest bedrooms and bathrooms, in a clean and tidy state.
  • Clean rooms, corridors, lifts, and stairwells to ensure a pleasant environment for guests.
  • Restock and manage linen, towels, and guest amenities to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Undertake deep cleaning tasks and dispose of waste efficiently.
  • Manage guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
