
Maintenance Controls Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Controls Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will work on-site with a leading medical device multinational client, responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting complex equipment.
- Complete and review planned equipment maintenance routines to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Record all executed maintenance activities on the PEMAC system.
- Minimise downtime by responding quickly to issues and implementing effective problem-solving techniques.
- Analyse and eliminate recurring equipment problems.
- Take lead on identifying and implementing continuous improvement projects.
- Coordinate and communicate high-impact equipment/safety issues.
Key Requirements:
- Highly proficient in Allen Bradley PLCs, electrical systems, PC software and hardware, Parker motion control, and vacuum systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record.
- Strong interpersonal and communication/presentation skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proven experience in control systems debugging and upgrade work.
- Experience in identifying and leading continuous improvement projects.
Additional Details:
- Valid EU work permit required.
- Skills: Allen Bradley Troubleshooting electrical Engineer Vision systems robotics.
