We are seeking a skilled Investment Analyst to support our acquisitions, underwriting new investment opportunities, and provide detailed analytics to stakeholders.
About the Job
- Evaluate and execute investment opportunities, developing well-researched recommendations for senior leadership.
- Conduct market research to assess industry trends, investment risks, and potential growth areas.
- Collaborate with internal teams to analyse financial data and assess investment viability.
- Support senior management in strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and reporting.
- Develop comprehensive financial models to project asset performance and returns.
- Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, and service providers.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and investment proposals for senior leadership and investors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or Business from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a relevant role.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
