We are seeking an exceptional Pizza Maker to join our culinary team. This is a full-time role that will play a crucial part in maintaining the high standards of traditional pizza-making.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking traditional-style pizzas with the highest quality and consistency, managing inventory and ordering supplies to maintain ingredient freshness and availability, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen, and maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area.

This role requires proven experience as a pizza chef or similar role, in-depth knowledge of pizza-making techniques, including hand-stretching dough and using a wood-fired oven, strong communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail, excellent time management and organisational abilities, and food safety and sanitation certification preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook traditional-style pizzas with the highest quality and consistency.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain ingredient freshness and availability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area.
Requirements:
