Job Description

The Site Quality Manager is responsible for driving site quality to new heights. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional with a manufacturing background to lead our team in Dublin.

This role involves the development and implementation of quality processes, systems, tools, and techniques to ensure that products or services meet or exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control processes, procedures, and policies to ensure product quality.
  • Monitor and analyze data related to quality control processes, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Foster a culture of right-first-time manufacturing on the site.
  • Lead and manage a team of quality professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
  • Perform ISO audits of quality control processes, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for corrective action.
  • Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure that raw materials and components meet established quality standards.
  • Manage and maintain quality control documentation, ensuring accuracy and up-to-dateness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5 years quality management experience, preferably in manufacturing, ideally electronic/hardware manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated experience of quality management from cradle to grave of a product/service.
  • Ability to drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
